Brief an Jerome Eden (über das Ende der WILHELM REICH BLÄTTER)

Dear Jerome Eden,
although I disagree with your contention that "DOR ... is the principal factor in depressing the living" I think I can feel with you what it means to stop PPCC Bulletin and what is behind the lapidary "because of a lack of interest". It seems a strange coincidence that I received your letter one day, believe it or not, after I decided to stop the "Wilhelm Reich Blätter", a German publication since 1975 you may have heard of. Now I am busy to fill the last two issues of this year with articles I have in stock in order to avoid the process of refunding.
"Lack of interest" can also be spoken of here, although this does not mean a sudden or slow drop of the number of subscribers. There is interest in Reich here but one of a peculiar kind which I am no longer ready to serve. No financial reasons played a role in my decision, more a general disgust with the Reichian scene which I came to know quite well in the eight years of WRB editorship.
My best wishes for your future; perhaps there will come an opportunity for us to meet.
